• Minimum 5 years of experience managing, designing, and engineering enterprise IT infrastructure in a data center and/or cloud environment
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or 2 years of equivalent recent experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux Server environments
• Experience managing cloud and virtualization technologies including VMware, Azure, and Virtual Private Cloud environments
• Experience supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, IIS, SMTP, certificates, and file sharing services
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, project management, troubleshooting, and customer support skills
• Commitment to maintaining company safety standards
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support AI-driven automation initiatives
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure environments
• Administer Windows and Linux servers across enterprise environments
• Manage VMware, Azure, virtual private cloud, storage, networking, virtual machines, and containerized applications
• Support access control systems, security cameras, and physical security technologies
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, IIS, certificates, SMTP, and file share services
• Manage software licensing, application deployments, hardware maintenance agreements, and technology contracts
• Oversee backup, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning activities
• Support SQL and Oracle database environments
• Assist with network administration and cybersecurity initiatives
• Mentor IT infrastructure team members and provide technical leadership
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects utilizing Agile methodologies
• Identify opportunities for technology upgrades and process improvements
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities
• Participate in rotational on-call support and perform additional duties as assigned
