Job Description:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals
- Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee the organization's technological infrastructure and ensure optimal performance
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure data security, integrity, and backup systems are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Prepare regular reports on IT activities and progress to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) will be a plus
