Directs, manages and coordinates staff resources and expertise to analyze business requirements and workflows in order to support, build, integrate and implement comprehensive integrated system solutions for IT customers, including data collection, data integration, data analysis, and data reporting. Ensure maximum utilization of technology and available resources while achieving approved fiscal expectations. Ensure optimum and timely application support consistent with organizational needs and resource allocation. Act as a resource to staff in utilization of technology and designing, developing, implementing and evaluating information systems.RequirementsMinimum of five years' experience in an IT or clinical supervisory position, with demonstrated proficiency in the management of multiple complex system implementations in a health care environment.Demonstrated Total Quality Management, leadership, communication, organizational, and management skills.EducationBachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Information Management or 6 years related work experienceExperienceMust have a minimum of 3 years of Epic Ambulatory Experience.Education and/or experience with process improvement techniques, change control and project management preferred.Additional InformationWe encourage candidates whose past experience may not perfectly align with every qualification listed to apply anyway.
