Detailed Job Description:
Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules such as:
1. Partner & Opportunity Management
2. Corporate Onboarding Journeys
3. Customer 360 & Portfolio Views
Validate features through UAT, ensuring high quality and alignment with business needs
Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage.
Work with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams.
Good to have knowledge of MS Dynamics
Preferred Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, FATCA, local compliance norms.
Familiarity with system integrations such as LOS, Core Banking Systems
