The role is responsible for supporting business systems, end user needs, and laboratory technology environments across QC and related functions. This role focuses primarily on IT support for instrument-connected systems, workstation management, troubleshooting, access administration, and application support. A secondary focus is providing compliant support for GxP lab systems, including data integrity, risk assessments, audit trail review, and system lifecycle activities. The role partners closely with QC stakeholders, lab users, global support teams, and vendors to ensure reliable operation of laboratory and business-critical systems.
