Job Summary: The Infrastructure Services Manager is responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure Engineering Team, overseeing the analysis, planning, organizing, maintenance, and support of Southside Bank's technical infrastructure including compute, storage, data communications, telecommunications, a cloud first platform approach, and related hardware/software technologies. This person will determine current and future infrastructure needs, provide input to an infrastructure roadmap, and lead the activities necessary to implement the roadmap. Additionally, this individual will develop policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the availability, interoperability, recoverability, reliability, scalability, and security of the Bank's technology infrastructure.
