Our client is looking for an IT SUPPORT & INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST located in Miami, FL
SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a hands on IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst to join their growing team. This role is a blend of end user support and infrastructure responsibilities, supporting a multi site environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, technically versatile, and comfortable working in a fast paced, operationally driven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and troubleshoot all on-site computer hardware, printers, handheld radios, and network peripherals.
Administer LAN/WAN network equipment (switches, routers, access points, etc.).
Coordinate internet services and ISP vendor support.
Install and configure end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile peripherals.
Monitor and maintain surveillance camera systems and video servers.
Manage VoIP systems in coordination with 3rd-party providers.
Provide end-user training and technical support for physical infrastructure systems.
Support handheld devices and peripheral setup
ENVIRONMENT & TEAM STRUCTURE
Small IT team with direct reporting to the IT Manager
Support across three locations including headquarters and two operational facilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2 plus years of experience in IT support and or infrastructure roles
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Experience supporting Windows environments
Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN topologies, and network diagnostics. Familiarity with firewall configuration and VPN support.
Experience working with Windows-based environments and physical hardware setup. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience in IT support focused on networking and physical infrastructure. Experience supporting surveillance, printers, and mobile device peripherals.
Ability to work fully onsite
