IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

Seeking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT security and support. This role involves working across our security and help desk teams to provide general technology support, manage incidents and vulnerabilities, perform network monitoring, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in information security and helpdesk support
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Collaboration skills with peers and stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 products
  • Familiarity with incident reporting and support ticketing systems
  • Experience with network and computer security testing tools
