Job Brief
The IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for our remote office locations. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 desktop support, assist with network work issues, troubleshoot printers, and resolve simple server issues.
Responsibilities
Issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Provide additional assistance and handle escalated support tickets
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
Manage printers
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Work in new construction zones and bring new facilities online
Requirements
Help Desk experience along with LAN, servers, and peripherals
