We are seeking a IT Field Technician to work on a seven month Refresh project here in Albuquerque.

Responsibilities for theIT Field Technician:

• Refresh devices throughout various sites in the city of Albuquerque.
• High attention detail required to follow workflow instructions.
• Wiping Devices of Apps and making sure batteries and computer functionality are in working order.
• Prepare devices sent or being sent to be salvaged.
• Devices include: PC's, mobile devices, Chromebooks Carts, iPads, MacBooks, and any other device that requires it.
• Lots of interactions with users, field support staff and managers.

Skills/requirements for the IT Field Technician:

• At least 2+ years with hands on hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution.
• A+ certification highly desired.
• Intermediate/Advanced computer function and hardware knowledge.
• Hardware PC/Laptop configuration and Tablet knowledge.

Fingerprint and criminal background check required for this opportunity.

$19.00 Hourly
