Multi Clean is hiring an onsite IT/Facility Director (full-time, Monday–Friday) to keep our technology and facilities running smoothly so teams can stay productive. You'll oversee core IT operations-OS, security utilities, servers, email, endpoints, and business apps-while leading system improvements and supporting both Mac OS X and Windows.

Key responsibilities include workstation/printer/phone setup and support; assessing staff needs, gaps, and risks; designing and administering systems and networks with clear documentation and testing; rolling out software/application upgrades and resolving performance issues; and training employees on tools (Microsoft, Adobe, Google Workspace). You'll also direct facility operations, including vehicle/equipment upkeep, oversight of three warehouses, ordering, and inventory management in coordination with leadership, plus basic web content updates.

Qualifications/skills:

- Hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across hardware/software
- Network/system administration with documentation discipline
- Clear communication and end-user training ability Apply today to be considered.

Your Benefits

Medical, dental, and vision coverage; competitive pay ($20–$40/hr); paid time off; and a snack/drink room.

A Typical Day

You'll start by checking ticket queues, alerts, and email to spot anything impacting staff. Mid-morning often includes quick walk-throughs of warehouse spaces, coordinating with leadership on priorities, and scheduling vendors or maintenance as needed. Throughout the day you'll switch between focused project time-planning an upgrade, reviewing security settings, or documenting a network change-and short, in-person help sessions with employees. In the afternoon, you may verify inventory and place orders, confirm vehicle/equipment readiness, and wrap up with status notes so the next day starts organized and predictable.
