Kforce has a client in Juno Beach FL that is seeking a highly skilled technical-minded IT Enterprise Specialist to provide comprehensive services and support for our Corporate Business Units CBUs line of business applications. I.E. front and backend. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen enabling the effective maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations.
Overview
This person will be responsible for acknowledging evaluating and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Enterprise Specialist must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and solve complex functional configuration and technical system issues. The role will interface with business users requiring excellent communication relationship management and time management skills. It is preferable that candidates have a working knowledge of Service Now.
