Kforce has a client in Juno Beach FL that is seeking a highly skilled technical-minded IT Enterprise Specialist to provide comprehensive services and support for our Corporate Business Units CBUs line of business applications. I.E. front and backend. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen enabling the effective maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations.

Overview

This person will be responsible for acknowledging evaluating and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Enterprise Specialist must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and solve complex functional configuration and technical system issues. The role will interface with business users requiring excellent communication relationship management and time management skills. It is preferable that candidates have a working knowledge of Service Now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT facilitating communication and support
  • Support key applications working with vendors and the business
  • Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users
  • Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting
  • Understand and analyze applications and environment logs
  • Administer Windows servers and support on-premises windows and RE Linux based applications
  • Assist with cloud solutions maintenance and migrations
  • Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing cost
  • Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and business goals
  • Establish and manage effective customer relationships with system users and other IT technical team members
  • Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable value-based units
