Required Skills:- MCSA certification
- Knowledge of any scripting language like PowerShell python etc.
- Knowledge of configuration management tool like Splunk Quest RMAD terraform etc.
- Knowledge of incident management problem management Change management on BMC remedy
- Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment.
- Project Work: 1. Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers. 2. DC Promotion/Demotion 3. ADDS Migration 4. Patching & Upgrades
- Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached.
- Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details.
- Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work
