Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The IT Director is a strategic technology leader responsible for developing, managing, and advancing the company’s enterprise-wide IT environment. This role ensures that technology solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives to enhance operational performance, support growth, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
The IT Director leads the company’s strategic IT roadmap, represents technology priorities in organizational planning, manages enterprise IT investments and budgets, and oversees the effective design, implementation, and operation of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and services across the organization.
This role collaborates closely with business and technology leaders, including Information & Cyber Security, ERP, and Business Information teams, to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, cybersecurity readiness, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Targeted Salary Range: $195,000-$205,000 + bonus
