As an IT Developer Enterprise Applications, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms that drive business operations. This position focuses on developing and maintaining custom solutions within PeopleSoft Financials and ServiceNow, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate closely with functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, support system upgrades and integrations, and troubleshoot complex issues. This role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in enterprise software development

  • Required experience in PeopleSoft Development; ServiceNow experience strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker

  • Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft Query

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security, Workflow, and Role Management

  • Strong ServiceNow experience (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Portal)

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks (AngularJS, React)

  • Working knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, HTML, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and SQL Server

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

  • Ability to develop integrations using APIs and cloud-based/SaaS platforms

  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and views

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
