In this role, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to end users while also managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle. You'll oversee hardware and software inventory, ensure compliance with licensing, support deployments, and maintain accurate documentation. Your work will help ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, hands-on and remote technical support to end users, resolving complex hardware and software issues
  • Manage and track IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory, lifecycle oversight, and readiness for deployment
  • Coordinate hardware and software procurement, setup, and distribution to support operational needs
  • Maintain system updates, including firmware patches and configurations, to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Monitor and document software licensing to ensure compliance and support audit readiness
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of IT procedures, processes, and asset records
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee secure handling and disposal of electronic media to protect sensitive data
  • Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to improve processes and technology solutions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support
  • Working knowledge of network systems, PC operating systems, and computer hardware

  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance

Physical Requirements

  • Perform sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
  • Occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
  • Perform repetitive motions using hands, fingers, and arms for typing and documentation throughout the work shift
