LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an IT Coordinator in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's internal technology environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support, ensuring staff have reliable access to systems, hardware, software, and networks. The IT Coordinator works closely with internal users, vendors, and leadership to keep technology running smoothly while supporting the organization's mission and operations.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annual (Flexible upon experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and suggest enhancements to technology systems, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency
- Assist with basic network issues, data backups, and security-related best practices
- Keep accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software licensing
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and decommissioning accounts and equipment
- Partner with external vendors and service providers for technical support, upgrades, and repairs
- Log, track, and resolve help desk tickets while maintaining clear IT documentation
- Provide support for Windows environments, core business applications, and collaboration platforms
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral hardware
- Serve as day-to-day technical support for staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing IT support to users in a small or mid-sized organization
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized while managing multiple requests
- Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based environments and Microsoft 365
- At least two years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
