ServiceNow Core HRSD Sr developer skillset

Configure & customize:
HR Case workflows, HR Services, Templates
Employee Center / Portal & widgets (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)

Security:
Role-based access, data privacy for HR data
HR data model & COE (Centers of Excellence)

Hands-on experience with:
REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server

Integrations with HR systems:
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
Data mapping, transformation, and sync processes

Strong hands-on with:
JavaScript (Server & Client-side scripting)
Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs
Glide APIs & platform scripting
Built custom widgets / portals
Hands-on with Flow Designer + complex workflows
Experience integrating HR systems (Workday / SuccessFactors)
