As an IT Business Systems Analyst II, you will apply analytical techniques and processes to guide both IT and Business Departments through medium to complex project implementations. You will be the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams -- developing documentation, defining requirements, and recommending solutions that help the organization achieve its goals. You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects across various business units, partnering closely with the PMO while owning the full requirements lifecycle from inception through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation -- including specifications, design documents, process flows, use cases, system integration flows, data flows, and user manuals
- Serve as liaison among stakeholders to understand organizational structure, policies, and operations
- Conduct facilitated workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Create workflows and graphic representations of complex business processes
- Develop Performance Reports that define purpose, justification, attributes, owners, and runtime parameters
- Evaluate solutions and provide recommendations aligned with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from various disciplines in a dynamic, Agile environment
- Support internal IT solution development -- not just vendor implementations -- working directly with in-house development teams to define and deliver business-driven system enhancements

What You Bring
Experience- 5+ years of relevant technical systems analyst or business work experience
- Demonstrated experience developing Business, Functional, User (Stakeholder), and Non-Functional requirements
- Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC and various project methodologies
- Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies and project management principles
Education & Credentials- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field from an accredited institution
- IIBA or CBAP certification preferred
- Valid California Driver's License required
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio
- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
- Strong analytical, technical, and process skills
