IT Business Coordinator | IT – Resource Management

Serves as a key liaison between IT teams and business units, ensuring alignment of business goals, requirements, and technology solutions. Gathers and documents business needs to support the development and implementation of effective IT initiatives.
Coordinates IT financial and administrative operations, including purchasing, requisitions, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and billing activities. Works closely with IT, vendors, Supply Chain, and Finance/Accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, payments, and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintains financial tracking tools and supporting documentation to enable reporting, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies. Tracks key performance indicators to evaluate the success of IT initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate IT systems with business processes effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, finance, accounting, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft preferred).
• Ability to prepare and track key performance indicators.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
