IT Business Analyst

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our bank's progress towards business agility. This role involves collaborating closely with software development teams responsible for building and maintaining our technical applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• General technical skills, including the ability to write SQL
• Understanding of the basics of software engineering and database design
• Superb communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior work experience at our financial institution or in the financial industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Agile-related certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or PSM
• Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management best practices
• Experience with Informatica

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Documenting project scope
• Identifying and refining requirements
• Tracking and reporting project status and deliverables
• Documenting and producing project artifacts
• Managing the project roadmap
• Assisting with requirements gathering, test script writing, QA/UAT testing, and documentation writing
