Job Description:
Join our team as an IT Business Analyst in Jersey City, NJ, on a contract basis.
This role involves supporting traders with issue analysis, troubleshooting, and user inquiries within the Global Markets Division.
You will be working with various financial systems and technologies to facilitate smooth trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot issues within trading systems.
Facilitate communication and support for user inquiries.
Support trade entry, pricing, booking, and lifecycle events.
Work with a range of financial products including FX and derivatives.
Collaborate with traders and sales teams to ensure system efficiency.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Japanese and English.
More than 10 years of experience in FX and derivatives systems.
Strong understanding of financial products and workflows.
Experience in issue analysis and user support.
Proficient in troubleshooting and facilitating communication.
