IT Business Analyst III

Introduction

This role involves managing and overseeing the Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Program, ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards, and providing guidance on cloud governance. The position requires a strong understanding of risk management and cloud technologies, and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT policies, standards, and requirements for implementing the Client Cloud Model.
• Experience with CSP (Cloud Service Providers) platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and application development concepts, including Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Risk Management as a primary skill, with secondary skills in Risk Analytics and Risk Regulatory Management.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in agile development and tooling.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure all ECI Program-required documents are stored in required repositories (FileNet, FORP, Team NFS) and manage access permissions.
• Coordinate and oversee required quarterly FORP testing and manage the ECI team’s FORP user population.
• Conduct yearly documentation reviews of ECI recovery support contacts, inventory, and AITs.
• Host and guide active cloud use cases through the CGA pipeline, ensuring time management and communication of cloud concepts.
• Establish multiple weekly working sessions with LOB teams to convey/present cloud concepts during meetings and reviews.
