Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an IT Business Analyst to join our team at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
This position is hybrid with 3 days required on-site.
The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the business and IT departments of our company. The role requires the Business Analyst to be detail-oriented and highly innovative to translate the business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects, and initiatives. Responsibilities include analysis and assessment needed for the identification of system requirements and functional definition of planned system changes within an application or in considering a new technology solution. The Business Analyst works with the project manager, the business, and IT Teams to identify and implement system solutions that support more efficient processes within a system as well as any areas that may impact the system performance.
