IT Business Process Analyst
ROLE
We need an experienced Business Analyst for National Park Service, Denver Service Center (DSC). The Denver Service Center (DSC) Information Management (IM) Division provides enterprise-level IT support, application administration, and business process analysis to enable the design, construction, planning, and operational missions of the National Park Service (NPS). Over the last several years, the DSC has increasingly adopted Microsoft cloud technologies, including Project Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Azure, and
Power BI, to modernize collaboration, data management, and reporting. To ensure these platforms are effectively administered, integrated, and continuously aligned with NPS business needs, DSC requires a Business Analyst to document business processes, gather requirements, perform systems analysis, and provide user support for enterprise tool adoption.
