Description
* Responsibilities include budget management, invoice process, procurement management, contract/vendor management.
* To support the increased workload of IT service management
* To enhance IT management and meet management's requirements
* Manage IT contracts, monitor its implementation and maintain a consolidated database for IT contracts.
* Manage training plan and the implementation process.
* Manage record retention schedule, data consolidation, analyzing and reporting.
* Assist in budget consolidation.
* Assist in meeting administrative works and office logistics. Draft meeting minutes.
* Assist in other IT service and management functions timely and proactively.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree is hard requirement
* Financial background. Any experience working with budget management, invoice process, procurement management, contract/vendor management.
* English and mandarin speaking.
* 2-3 fulltime working experience.
