Summary: Our partner is seeking a highly proactive IT Application Support Analyst IV to support software engineering teams responsible for modern banking applications. This is a hybrid technical support, Scrum Master, and technical product ownership role focused on helping engineering teams remove blockers, maintain governance standards, and improve delivery execution. This position works closely with software engineering leadership, compliance, governance, audit, and development teams. The ideal candidate is technically capable, operationally organized, and comfortable stepping into a variety of responsibilities as needed.
