IT Application Portfolio Analyst

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a IT Business Support Analyst to join our Client's team.

The IT Business Support Analyst will provide technical and operational support for our Enterprise Architecture Application Portfolio. This role ensures that the porfolio is kept up to date, noting changes in application/system ownership, integrations, etc.

Key Responsibilities: You'll report into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems, working cloesly to provide insights and feedback on the portfolio. You'll work with a cross-functional group to keep the portfolio up to date, engaging both IT and business individuals via various communications channels. You may be asked to help with high level system and data architectural diagrams when necesary. You'll also be asked to help in additional areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes.
• Technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and team orientation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, and Orbus Infinity a plus.
