Summary:
The Manager of the Application Maintenance team is a key leadership role within Infrastructure & Operations (I&O), reporting to the Director of IT Operations. This position is responsible for providing L2/L3 maintenance and support for applications. This includes developing and implementing application maintenance processes, planning and executing maintenance activities, managing the retirement and consolidation of applications, and collaborating with other teams to support the implementation of new applications and services. Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation for the application maintenance team. Leading a team of technical experts and working closely with other I&O and IT teams to ensure the efficient operation and management of the application maintenance team to support I&O's goals and initiatives. Managing managed service providers and working with application suppliers.
