    About the Role
    We are seeking an experienced IT AI Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation, AI governance, and strategic portfolio management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT programs, AI adoption strategies, demand management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
    In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while establishing governance frameworks, prioritizing demand, and delivering measurable business value. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI solutions is highly desirable.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage enterprise AI programs, portfolios, and transformation initiatives.
    • Develop and execute AI portfolio strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
    • Establish and drive AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance processes.
    • Manage enterprise demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio planning.
    • Define and maintain AI program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and delivery timelines.
    • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, architecture, security, and data teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
    • Facilitate executive governance meetings and provide portfolio status reporting to senior leadership.
    • Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and benefits realization.
    • Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive change management and organizational adoption of AI technologies.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation.
    • Support evaluation and implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and other Generative AI technologies.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
    • Develop portfolio metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT programs and portfolios.
    • Proven experience leading AI transformation and AI governance initiatives.
    • Strong experience managing enterprise AI programs and strategic technology portfolios.

    • Experience managing multiple cross-functional enterprise initiatives simultaneously.

    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

    • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Portfolio Management certifications are highly preferred.
