Bayforce has a national account base so no non-compete issues! The position is full time remote but hybrid work  is available if wanted. We are flexible.  If your over the metric driven culture and looking for rewards based on success, this is the next step in your career.Job Responsibilities:Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to identify IT project and staffing needs with emphasis in ERP, Cloud, and PMO.Gather and verify Client requirements while working closely with our delivery team to develop and deliver solutions and services for our client's needs.Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Bayforce's services.Maintaining relationships with the consultants at your clients.Meet and exceed production goals and document needed activity to achieve those goals in Bayforce's CRM and ATS system.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-4 years of Sales experience in the IT staffing industry4 Plus years of experience in the IT staffing industry1+ year of AE experience with SAP/ERP or Cloud  services is a plus5-12 years of business experience4-year college degree in business or a related degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task while being detail-oriented as well as effectively prioritizeStrong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organizationMust have strong experience with MS Office tools. Salesforce CRM is a plusMust be willing to travel to meet non-local customers on occasion.  Local customers oftenPluses:This is a remote position.  Can also work in hybrid office environment if desiredUnderstanding of other ERPs , Cloud applications We use Salesforce.com for our CRM and ATS.
