ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft AI Developer & Technical Specialist to support an ongoing Microsoft Copilot transformation program.

In this role, you will serve as the go-to technical expert for a broad internal user community developing low-code/no-code AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will be embedded in the program, helping users overcome technical blockers and turn their ideas into working prototypes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users building agents and automation workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio (topic design, action configuration, connector setup)
• Troubleshoot Power Platform integrations, connector configurations, and Microsoft 365 component interactions
• Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers across multiple parallel user projects
• Configure supporting components such as Power Automate flows, SharePoint integrations, and Teams channels as needed
• Produce clear technical documentation: guides, templates, and best-practice references for the user community
• Track the Microsoft AI product roadmap and surface relevant new capabilities to the program team
• Explore Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services; assess applicability for advanced project scenarios (nice to have)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (minimum 1 year)
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how its components interact
• Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, and connector logic
• Fast learner with a proactive, user-first working style - comfortable switching between multiple concurrent requests
• University degree; Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI Services at a conceptual level (nice to have)
• Microsoft certifications: AI-900, PL-900, PL-200 or equivalent (nice to have)
