Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain beneficial relationships with ISOs, connecting lenders with businesses that meet our RBFcriteria.
Lead Generation and Sales Cycle Management: Actively generate leads through ISO partners and manage the complete sales cycle from the initial contact through to loan completion.
Market Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and drive growth.
Engaging Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our RBF offerings to ISOs and their clients.
What You Need for This Position:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within financial services or lending.
A proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with ISOs.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
An analytical mindset with a strong drive to surpass goals.
Preferred: Experience leading Business Development teams in the revenue-based lending industry.
