From day one, we've been guided by a simple philosophy: do the work with integrity, treat our partners like family, and continually strive to be better stewards of Florida's landscapes.

With more than 1,000 employees, we deliver high-quality landscape design, installation, and maintenance services by staying entrepreneurial, communicating proactively, and working together to get the job done. We are proud to be recognized as a Lawn & Landscape Top 100 company and remain committed to building a workplace where people can grow, contribute, and help raise the bar across our industry.

About the Role

Are you an experienced New Construction Plumber tired of the same old indoor rough-ins? We are looking for a field leader to spearhead our landscape irrigation installation teams across Fort Myers.

Our projects cover both high-volume residential developments and commercial new construction sites. You don't need a background in landscaping. If you know how to read blueprints, layout pipe networks, manage a crew, and solvent-weld PVC, you already know 80% of the job. We will provide dedicated, paid training to teach you the specific nuances of irrigation mechanics, including 2-wire electrical systems, master valves, zone configurations, and smart controllers.

Shift Schedule

  • Four 10-Hour Shifts: Work a consistent, compressed schedule that offers excellent work-life balance and a 3-day weekend.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead the Crew: Direct a team of 2–4 installers on fast-paced, new construction commercial job sites and large-scale residential tracts.
  • Pipe & Fitting Layout: Read civil blueprints, plot maps, and irrigation plans to lay out, tape, and assemble mainlines, lateral lines, and manifold systems.
  • Quality Control: Oversee trenching depth, grading, and pipe assembly to guarantee system integrity prior to pressure testing and backfill.
  • Learn the Tech: Complete our paid training program covering low-voltage electrical systems, decoder modules, and smart clock configurations.
  • Site Coordination: Maintain a safe job site, manage daily logs, and coordinate material drops with the production manager while interfacing with builders and general contractors.

Why Your Plumbing Experience Fits Perfectly

  • Blueprints & Scaling: You already know how to translate a 2D construction schematic or plot map into a physical, working system.
  • Hydraulics & Pressure: You understand water flow, friction loss, and the importance of secure joint connections.
  • Site Familiarity: You are completely comfortable navigating active new construction environments, from single-family housing developments to massive commercial footprints.

Position Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial or residential new-construction plumbing, commercial pipefitting, or utilities.
  • Leadership: Proven experience acting as a lead installer, foreman, or managing a field crew.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with PVC pipe fitting, cutting, priming, and gluing.
  • Physical & License: Ability to work outdoors in Southwest Florida weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and a clean driving record to operate a company truck.
