This is responsible administrative and professional work in coordinating activities related to the City's brush sites, furniture and appliance removal program, yard waste program, sanitation inspectors, rodent control, emergency management and response, and other related environmental sanitation services. Work involves responsibility for the environmental services division's route planning; program development and implementation; responding to complaints related to illegal dumping, misuse of brush sites, and sanitation ordinance violations; and for the selection, placement, training, development, and discipline of assigned employees.
