Intuitive Operations Automation (BPO) Service Line Sales Specialist - Finance & Accounting Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Service Line Specialist with 14 to 18 years of expertise in Finance-Record to Report, Finance-Order to Cash, and Finance-Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial processes and ensuring seamless operations within a hybrid work model. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting contributing significantly to our companys financial efficiency and societal impact. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end financial processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Manage the Record to Report function ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Streamline the Order to Cash process to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables. Optimize the Procure to Pay cycle to improve supplier relationships and cost efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Implement best practices in financial operations to drive continuous improvement. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth. Provide expert guidance on financial systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency. Lead initiatives to automate and digitize financial processes for increased productivity. Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Foster a culture of financial excellence and accountability within the team. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report, Finance-Order to Cash, and Finance-Procure to Pay. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices. Show proficiency in financial software and tools to drive operational efficiency.
