Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and distribution of invoices for consulting services provided, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, such as data entry, file management, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
