Investor Services Specialists provide operational and client support to investor relations and portfolio teams. This role ensures that investors receive timely and accurate information, resolves inquiries efficiently, and supports the operational processes that underpin capital management and investor satisfaction.
The position involves collaboration with investor relations, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams, requiring both strong analytical skills and client-focused communication.
Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and service requests
Assist investors with account information, reporting, and documentation
Prepare and distribute investor statements, fund performance reports, and capital activity updates
Coordinate with portfolio and operations teams to resolve investor-related issues
Support onboarding of new investors and maintenance of investor records
Monitor and track investor communications, requests, and resolutions
Identify process improvements to enhance investor experience and operational efficiency
Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams and leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment products, fund operations, or financial markets
Experience in client service, investor relations, or fund operations is preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investor requests simultaneously
