    Investor Services Onboarding AssociateAs an Investor Services Onboarding Associate, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of real estate investment transactions and transfers of account ownership. You'll review investor documentation, maintain investor data, coordinate required information and signatures, and provide responsive support to investors, financial professionals, qualified intermediaries, custodians, and internal business partners. This role plays an important part in delivering a positive investor experience through accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Support & Account Ownership Transfers

    Provide high-quality, investor-focused support to investors, financial professionals, qualified intermediaries, and custodians by addressing questions, updates, corrections, and issue resolution related to new investments and transfers of account ownership.Coordinate documentation and required signatures for new investments and transfers of account ownership with investors, financial professionals, custodians, third-party administrators, and intermediaries.Provide accurate, timely, and professional support that reflects an investor-first approach and helps create a positive service experience.

    Transaction Review & Documentation

    Review subscription agreements, transfer and assignment of ownership forms, trust documents, purchase agreements, and related materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Review legal entity and trust documentation to confirm required information is present and account forms are appropriately completed and executed.Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate complex documentation, authorization, or compliance-related questions as appropriate.Prepare closing documentation and enter investor data into proprietary systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Operations & Process Improvement

    Assist with identifying process improvements and maintaining operational procedures to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.Maintain and update files, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure data remains accurate, complete, and current.Manage documentation workflow by scanning, processing, filing, and distributing files to support accurate recordkeeping and workflow continuity.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    What We're Looking ForEducation

    Associate's degree, technical/business school training, or equivalent work experience required.

    Experience

    1-3 years of general office, customer service, data entry, document processing, or administrative support experience required.Experience in real estate, investment, mortgage, financial services, or a processing environment preferred.

    Preferred Credentials

    No certifications or licenses are required for this position.

    Skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with investors, financial professionals, custodians, intermediaries, and internal business partners.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and business systems used to review, process, track, and maintain investor and transaction documentation.Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to identify documentation issues and escalate complex matters as needed.Ability to learn proprietary systems, follow established procedures, and support process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.

    Working Conditions

    Travel is not required for this position.

    Physical Demands

    This position requires the ability to see clearly at a distance of 20 inches or less to read documents and/or view the computer screen.This position requires the ability to hear and talk and to communicate in person and via phone on a daily basis.This position requires the ability to use hands/fingers to enter, retrieve and/or manipulate data using a computer keyboard.
