Travel as necessary to attend meetings, events, and conferences;Reporting: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance; Additionally, you will be expected to: Develop a comprehensive understanding of local regulatory frameworks governing financial products to ensure compliance in all sales activities;Plan and execute local events to promote the Tikehau Capital brand and enhance awareness within the target markets;Maintain a strong command of Tikehau Capital’s investment strategies, deal pipeline, and fund performance to effectively communicate key insights to clients;Translate complex investment concepts and performance data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to a private wealth audience, across both written materials and verbal interactions. Sales strategy execution: Lead the entire business development cycle: from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation through onboarding and ongoing relationship management;Product and asset class knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Tikehau Capital's products and asset classes, including Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Capital Market Strategies, to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients;Collaboration: Work closely with local offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and execution, fostering strong collaboration and communication channels;Territorial development: Map out and develop underpenetrated geographies, with targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.

Responsibilities:We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Investor Relations VP or Director to accelerate capital-raising efforts across multiple investor segments in the U.S. market. This role is focused on new business generation and relationship development, with a wide investor remit - from institutions to insurance, endowment and Foundation.
