Our client, a global investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Investor Relations Coordinator to start ASAP for roughly two months. This position will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8/9am to 5/6pm, with after-hours reachability required. This is a client-facing position where strong organization, logistical planning, presentation, and fast communication is required. Compensation up to $40/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Investor Relations
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and prioritization
- Plan and execute investor on sites
- Coordinate roadshows and IR team travel
- Assist with conferences and events logistics
- Meet and greet investors and ensure conference rooms are prepared
- Maintain and update CRM and investor databases
- Track senior leadership travel
- Produce weekly IR newsletter and support forward planning
- Handle ad hoc administrative requests
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple logistics streams simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and responsiveness
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable with calendars, CRM systems, Excel, and databases
- Service-oriented approach with internal and external stakeholders
