Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality investment opportunities, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across the private markets.
Our platform is designed for professionals seeking real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid sourcing.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Opportunity Coordinators to support the identification, qualification, and coordination of investment opportunities across our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Investment Opportunity Coordinators operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Investment Opportunity Coordinators:
Coordinate the intake and positioning of investment opportunities
Ensure opportunities are qualified and properly contextualized
Facilitate introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage opportunity progression and handoff
Earn success-based compensation on closed transactions
Build a verified opportunity coordination track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals who sit close to deal activity and excel at organizing, qualifying, and moving opportunities forward.
Approved Investment Opportunity Coordinators may:
Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
Qualify opportunities for investor and sponsor relevance
Compile and submit high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Manage early-stage communication and information flow
Support diligence handoff to internal analyst teams
Investment Opportunity Coordinators are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.
Based on approval and experience, Investment Opportunity Coordinators may support opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience and opportunity familiarity.

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and coordinator contribution
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunity coordination
