Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a practice focused on investment management and financial markets work. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including asset managers and investment firms, with involvement in a range of transactional and advisory matters.

Responsibilities

Advise asset managers and investment firms on investment management and transactional matters
Support fund-related activities and ongoing client advisory work
Draft and review agreements and documentation related to investment and trading activities
Collaborate with team members on complex financial transactions and regulatory considerations
Work closely with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in investment management or related financial markets work
Experience representing asset managers, investment firms, or similar market participants
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and client-focused approach

Requirements

Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team within the financial services industry
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated transactional and advisory work
Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility for admission
