We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead the development of AI-powered workflows in collaboration with Bloomberg, aimed at enhancing investment research, trading, and portfolio management processes. This role involves acting as the primary liaison with Bloomberg, translating investment needs into AI-driven solutions, prototyping workflows, and ensuring their effective deployment and adoption within the investment teams. The candidate will evaluate existing processes for automation opportunities, assess data and model performance, and provide guidance on AI capabilities. Collaboration with engineering teams and supporting change management are essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate has direct experience in investment roles such as analyst, trader, or portfolio manager, with strong knowledge of institutional workflows and familiarity with Bloomberg systems. Hands-on technical skills in Python, AI/ML models, and API integration are preferred, along with excellent communication skills. A relevant degree and industry certifications are advantageous. This hybrid position offers a base salary ranging from $135,000 to $175,000, with potential performance-based incentives, and requires working in-office four days per week at designated locations.
