Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Investment Committee Governance & Oversight

• Support the governance of investment committee (IC) and portfolio review processes

• Coordinate IC meeting materials, agendas, approvals, and decision logs

• Track investment conditions, approvals, and post-IC action items

Policy & Process Adherence

• Ensure investment decisions comply with internal policies, mandates, and governance frameworks

• Maintain standardized templates, checklists, and documentation standards

• Assist in updating and refining investment policies and procedural guidelines

Risk & Controls Support

• Support risk assessment and escalation processes across new investments and portfolio companies

• Track key risk indicators, compliance requirements, and covenant-related obligations

• Assist in documenting downside scenarios and risk mitigation measures

Documentation & Audit Readiness

• Maintain accurate records of investment decisions, approvals, and supporting analyses

• Support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory or LP information requests

• Ensure version control and documentation integrity across investment materials

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams

• Support communication between governance stakeholders and investment teams

• Assist in onboarding new investments into governance and monitoring frameworks

Experience (Formal or Informal)
