Coordinate IC meeting materials, agendas, approvals, and decision logs
Track investment conditions, approvals, and post-IC action items
Ensure investment decisions comply with internal policies, mandates, and governance frameworks
Maintain standardized templates, checklists, and documentation standards
Assist in updating and refining investment policies and procedural guidelines
Support risk assessment and escalation processes across new investments and portfolio companies
Track key risk indicators, compliance requirements, and covenant-related obligations
Assist in documenting downside scenarios and risk mitigation measures
Maintain accurate records of investment decisions, approvals, and supporting analyses
