Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on, demonstrated finance experience in investment banking, private equity, equity/credit research, corporate development, financial modeling, capital markets, or quantitative finance - with a track record of building models and deriving figures from primary source documents, not solely reporting, reconciliation, or accounting work.
- Valid CFA or FRM, CA, or CPA
- Demonstrated ability to read primary source documents (10-Ks, 10-Qs, credit/merger agreements) and perform multi-step calculations from them.
- Comfortable working independently on detail-oriented tasks to a documented methodology.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with GenAI/LLM evaluation - prompt engineering, rubric or golden-answer authoring, annotation, RLHF, red-teaming, or model QA - is a strong differentiator.
