A leading middle-market or bulge-bracket investment bank may seek a New Graduate Investment Banking Analyst to support financial modeling, transaction execution, and client deliverables. These positions are designed for candidates entering the workforce from undergraduate or master’s programs, providing structured training, mentorship, and exposure to live deals.
Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) under senior guidance
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses
Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction execution
Collaborate with senior bankers across client strategy and deal workflows
Participate in formal training and professional development programs for new hires
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus
