Investments Analyst – Real Estate Acquisitions & Development

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and play a hands-on role in deal execution, market expansion, and portfolio growth? We're looking for an Investments Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive acquisition and development strategy in the booming self-storage sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities using advanced financial models (IRR, cap rates, sensitivity, etc.)
• Support full-cycle deal execution: due diligence, site visits, third-party coordination, and closings
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
• Partner with development, legal, asset management, and finance teams
• Track KPIs, identify value-add opportunities, and support portfolio optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel modeling skills required; experience with ARGUS, CoStar, or Yardi a plus
• Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts

Bonus Points:

• Experience with self-storage, multifamily, or niche real estate assets (RV/Boat)
• Exposure to development, entitlements, or construction budgeting
• Familiarity with REIT structures or SEC reporting (a plus, not a must)
