Duration: Contract - 6 months, opportunity to convert to FTE

Pay Range: $51/hr -$54/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Analyst Advanced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Investment Banking Operations and OTC Derivatives and a proven ability to manage client portfolios end-to-end, interface with clients, and drive accurate and timely trade lifecycle outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own the client portfolio, serving as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end IB Operations processes across the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Manage and resolve breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies in a timely manner while maintaining controls and audit readiness.
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries, provide status updates, and coordinate remediation actions.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on Derivatives knowledge, including OTC products.
• Familiarity with products such as credit default swaps and credit spread instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to controls and risk.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading operational ownership for an entire client portfolio.
• Exposure to process optimization, metrics reporting, and control enhancements.

Additional Information

• This is a twin requisition of 309667 with similar skill set and higher experience expectations.
• Role requires client-facing capability and readiness to take responsibility for the entire client portfolio.
• The role is not eligible for JPMC employer-sponsored immigration support.
• Post conversion grade: 603.
