Salary & Benefits:
$800–$1,000 per week for junior candidates (Average OTE: $100,000 annually)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, dynamic Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with strong financial planning expertise and excellent people skills. This role focuses on educating prospects through workshops, building long-term client relationships, and delivering comprehensive retirement planning solutions. You’ll benefit from our proven educational workshop model that generates warm, motivated leads—no cold calling required.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead 2+ financial workshops per week (20–30 attendees each), presenting complex financial topics in an easy-to-understand way.
Conduct discovery meetings, assess client goals, and design personalized financial plans covering investments, insurance, retirement income, tax strategies, and estate planning.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, portfolio reviews, and proactive management.
Collaborate with internal advisors and client service staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
Stay current on industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes to optimize client strategies.
Achieve individual and team performance goals with the support of marketing and operations.
Qualifications:
Active Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain promptly; exam prep covered).
Life insurance and securities licenses required.
Proven experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engaging workshops.
Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools.
Availability for evening workshops.
Preferred: Experience with retirement products, major carriers, or seminar-based business development.
